General

We automate existing and yet-to-be built installations, machinery and equipment for various industries and are also happy to assist in planning and designing.

It is very important for us to work closely together with the customers to combine our experiences and their desires and ideas in the best possible way.

We supply the complete software and give recommendations for the hardware necessary for the automation.

For more than 30 years, we have realized various projects and expanding the wealth of our experience.

Software

We develop complete automation software for PC-based control systems on the basis of the IEC 61131-3.

In addition to classical control programs, we rely on extensive experience in regulations (temperature, pressure, flow, distance, traction, etc. with PID controllers, 2-point controllers, etc.) and motion control systems (motion control with linear axes, rotating axes, with asynchronous motors, synchronous motors, stepper motors, without or with transmitter (servo), etc.).

All data can be displayed in visualization images and multilingual and with integrated user management, access control can be operated upon request.

For the fast data acquisition as well as the long-term data archiving we have suitable solutions. The data collected and archived can be within curves graphs and data tables comfortably viewed and analyzed.

In larger systems, we integrate an alarm logging- or message logging-system (SCADA functionality) on request.

The connection at parent company level can take place over networks, E.g. via database access (ODBC), direct TCP/IP telegrams (socket), HTML server functionality, OPC communication, etc..

If special hardware to be used, we gladly develop device drivers or Windows system drivers.

Hardware

On request we gladly advise you in choosing required hardware components, such as industrial PCs and fieldbus IO modules.

We have extensive experience with various industrial Ethernet and fieldbus devices with bus systems EtherCAT, Profibus-DP and CANopen.

We have various devices of the company Beckhoff, SIEMENS, Phoenix Contact, VIPA, Wago, Lenze, Baumuller, KEB, Indramat, Stöber, SEW, Kübler, ABB, KUKA, Stäubli, rice, LEYBOLD, Pfeiffer, MKS, FESTO, SICK, and many others worked.
